One particular job was the SKODA campaign where we had to film a person opening a mandarin and concertina the wedges onto a plate all with clean graphic accuracy, all shot in camera. Every take was a success thanks to the prior testing and finely tuned prep from Bryony.

"With Bryony's thorough research and development, she always has a solution for any food challenge that might pop up, whether it be a custom made creation with a difficult brief, or a large quantity of food on-set that requires careful planning.
On Sweet Tooth, she was able to create a great fake child-friendly dog kibble that matched our real dog kibble exactly. After some trial and error, her solution was to make handmade ginger biscuits, carefully adjusting the recipe and showing me her trial runs, until they looked just right. They also tasted great and the kids also loved them so much they were eating in between takes!
She always carefully considers her time restraints, the budget she has to work with and actor dietary requirements and preferences.
If I have a large scripted food scene, I can engage Bryony from the script pages and she will take care of everything from budget, to shopping, to styling/prepping onset. She is resourceful, diligent and such a lovely person to work with too. It's such a great relief to have Bryony take care of these food scenes so I can focus on other non-food props."
